Privacy Policy

The short version

VoxLoop is built to work on your device. Your voice never leaves your iPhone, we don't run accounts, we don't show ads, and we don't sell or share data. The only thing that ever reaches our servers is a photo you explicitly choose to turn into a vocabulary pack.

Speech & microphone

Speech recognition runs entirely on your device using Apple's on-device speech frameworks. Audio from your microphone is processed locally and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted by us.

Photos you choose to import

When you use "photo → pack", the photo you pick is sent over an encrypted connection to our server and passed to an AI service (OpenAI) to extract vocabulary. The photo is used only to generate your pack, is not used to train models under our agreements, and is not stored by us after processing. Don't upload photos containing personal or sensitive information.

Your learning data

Progress, streaks, levels, and settings are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, they are deleted with it.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive no payment details — only an anonymous receipt that unlocks Premium.

Analytics & tracking

The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

Children

VoxLoop is rated 4+ and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
