1. The app

VoxLoop is a language-learning app: you speak phrases aloud and on-device speech recognition checks them. By using VoxLoop you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard licensed application terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use VoxLoop on Apple devices you own or control. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its content.

3. Subscriptions

VoxLoop Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) billed to your Apple account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

4. User content

Packs you create from photos are yours. You're responsible for the photos you import — upload only content you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful or containing others' personal data.

5. No guarantees

VoxLoop is provided "as is". Speech recognition and AI-generated content can make mistakes; we don't guarantee specific learning outcomes, uninterrupted service, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update the app and these terms; material changes will appear on this page. Continuing to use VoxLoop after changes means you accept them.
