What Silk Road is
Silk Road is a meditation app: guided sessions for sleep, calm, breathing and focus. Nine sessions are free; the rest are available with a subscription.
Not medical advice
Silk Road is a relaxation app, not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The "When It Hits" session is there to help you sit through a difficult few minutes; it is not emergency care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number. If panic attacks, anxiety or insomnia keep happening, talk to a doctor.
Breathing exercises can make some people light-headed. Practise sitting or lying down, never while driving or operating machinery, and stop if you feel uncomfortable. If you are pregnant or have a heart, blood pressure, respiratory or seizure condition, check with a doctor before doing intensive breathing practices.
Subscription
A subscription unlocks all sessions and the second set of guide voices. It is billed through your Apple ID and renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Payments, refunds and any free trial are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Your content and ours
The sessions, text, voices, music and artwork in Silk Road belong to us and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial listening. Please don't re-record, redistribute, or publish them.
Availability
We may add, change or remove sessions over time. We try not to remove anything you rely on, but the catalogue is not guaranteed to stay identical forever.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of it.
Changes & contact
If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page. Questions: the contact form.
