Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Meowgical Tarot mobile application ("the App") operated by Meowgical Tarot ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

Meowgical Tarot is an entertainment application that provides tarot card readings generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. The readings, interpretations, and any other content provided through the App are intended solely for entertainment and personal reflection purposes.

The App does not provide and should not be construed as providing:

  • Medical, psychological, or health advice
  • Financial, investment, or legal advice
  • Professional counseling or therapy
  • Predictions of future events with any guarantee of accuracy

You should not rely on tarot readings from this App to make important life decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Account

The App does not require account creation. Your preferences and reading history are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored on it.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Free Tier

The App provides a limited number of free readings per day. The specific limit may change at our discretion.

Premium Subscription

  • Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions via the Apple App Store.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to card artwork, illustrations, animations, text, software code, logos, and designs — is the property of Meowgical Tarot or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the App without our prior written consent.

6. AI-Generated Content

Tarot interpretations in the App are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive to provide meaningful and thoughtful readings:

  • AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
  • Interpretations are generated algorithmically and do not represent the views or advice of any human expert.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any AI-generated interpretation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Resell or redistribute readings or content from the App
  • Use automated tools to access the App or its services

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of any tarot reading or interpretation.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEOWGICAL TAROT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App
  • Any decisions made based on content provided by the App
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any other matter relating to the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meowgical Tarot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
